2. This site is information, not an offer
Everything here — service descriptions, case studies, demos, timelines and prices — is published to help you decide whether to talk to us. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, and none of it creates a contract.
3. Pricing
The pricing builder produces an indicative estimate based on the items you selected. It is not a quotation, not an offer, and not a price we are bound by.
Real pricing depends on scope, integrations, data volumes, third-party licences and how much of the work already exists. We confirm it in a written proposal after a scoping conversation, and only that written proposal binds us.
The PDF the builder generates carries an order reference so you and we can refer to the same basket of items. That reference is a convenience. It is not an order, and generating it does not place one.
Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST and any other applicable taxes, which are charged at the rate in force on the invoice date.
4. Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige us to take on your project. We aim to reply within one business day. Please do not send confidential information through the form — wait until we have a confidentiality agreement in place.
5. If we work together
Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Where that agreement and this page conflict, that agreement wins.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, code, illustrations, copy and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not copy the site's design or code into your own product, republish substantial parts commercially, or present our work as yours.
Client names, logos and product screenshots in our case studies remain the property of those clients and appear with their permission.
7. Demos and case studies
The demo pages are illustrative prototypes built to show design and engineering approach. They are not live products, they are not for sale, and any data in them is fictional.
Case studies describe work delivered under specific conditions. Results described for one client are not a prediction of what you will get.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it;
- probe, scan or test its security without our written permission;
- use automated systems to scrape it in a way that degrades it for others;
- submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing through the form;
- use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
We may restrict access if you do any of these.
9. Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
10. Third-party links
Where we link elsewhere — WhatsApp, social profiles, our providers' sites — we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave.
11. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to your use of this website.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this website. Our total liability in connection with this website is limited to ₹10,000.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies, so the date at the top is worth a glance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any court with jurisdiction.
